If you are connected with an attorney, any attorney-client relationship is formed directly between you and that attorney, only if and when you both agree to it, typically through a signed retainer agreement.
This site is intended to help people who believe they may have a motor-vehicle-accident injury claim learn about their options and, if they choose, be connected with an independent, licensed attorney for a free case evaluation. Contacting us does not obligate you to hire any attorney, and there is no cost to you for the initial case evaluation.
Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee about the outcome of any potential claim, the amount of any potential recovery, or whether any attorney will agree to take your case. Every case is different, and past results — including any figures, examples, or general statements about typical recoveries — do not predict or guarantee future results.
There is no charge for the initial case evaluation. If an attorney agrees to represent you, that attorney will explain their own fee structure directly, which is often (but not always) a contingency fee, meaning the attorney is paid only if you recover compensation.
