Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Accident Claim Hotline ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or calling the number displayed on it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not a law firm

Accident Claim Hotline is an advertising and case-evaluation service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed between you and Accident Claim Hotline through your use of this site. If you are connected with an attorney, any attorney-client relationship is formed directly between you and that attorney, only if and when you both agree to it, typically through a signed retainer agreement.

2. What this service does

This site is intended to help people who believe they may have a motor-vehicle-accident injury claim learn about their options and, if they choose, be connected with an independent, licensed attorney for a free case evaluation. Contacting us does not obligate you to hire any attorney, and there is no cost to you for the initial case evaluation.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee about the outcome of any potential claim, the amount of any potential recovery, or whether any attorney will agree to take your case. Every case is different, and past results — including any figures, examples, or general statements about typical recoveries — do not predict or guarantee future results.

4. Fees

There is no charge for the initial case evaluation. If an attorney agrees to represent you, that attorney will explain their own fee structure directly, which is often (but not always) a contingency fee, meaning the attorney is paid only if you recover compensation. Any fee agreement is strictly between you and that attorney.

5. Calls, texts, and consent

By calling the number on this site, you consent to that call being routed through a call-tracking or forwarding number and being recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and advertising-effectiveness purposes. You may ask that a call not be recorded, or ask to stop being contacted, at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with the site's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party attorneys

Any attorney or law firm you are connected with through this site is an independent business. We do not control, supervise, or take responsibility for the legal services, advice, or conduct of any attorney or law firm you may work with.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and the information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accident Claim Hotline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any connection made through it, including any outcome of a legal claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
